GYMNASTICS

We offer recreational classes as well as invitation-only teams for more experienced gymnasts. We stress proper warm-up exercises and conditioning, plus development in strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination.

DANCE

Ballet, Tap, and Hip-Hop classes available for ages 3 through teens and all skill levels. Dancers perform in showcases throughout the year as well as in our end-of-year recital! Classes meet for 1 hour once a week.

GYM TOTS

An introduction to Gymnastics for Toddlers 2 through young 5. Fun for both Toddlers and parents, we stress proper warm-up exercises and conditioning, plus development in strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination. Classes meet for 40 minutes once a week.

PRIVATE LESSONS

We offer both private and semi-private lessons year-round. Private lessons allow Gymnasts to gain personalized instruction to further develop their skills. They are set up directly with our coaches and are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Please contact the office to schedule your lesson now!

PLAYSCHOOL

Our ABC,123 Playschool with Gymnastics is a fun and lively program available for children ages 2.9 through young 5. It is a movement education program that simultaneously teaches the ABC’s,123’s, and colors! Playschool meets for 2.5 hours two or three times per week.
